Bio 
Matthew McGlinnen is the Athletic Director at the Rudolf Steiner School of Ann Arbor. He holds a degree in Elementary Education from Eastern Michigan University and a master’s in Athletic Administration from Ohio University. Matthew brings broad international experience as a classroom teacher in three different countries, along with over 13 years of coaching soccer. He joined RSSAA in January 2023 and is a Registered Athletic Administrator through the National Interscholastic Athletic Administration Association.

Matthew finds purpose in helping student-athletes grow through sport—building character, resilience, and life skills. He enjoys running and traveling, and brings his global perspective and passion for education into every aspect of his work.
