Week-long camps in June, July and August for ages 4-6 and grades 1-5. Young children will have the joy of exploring baking, painting, water and sand play, summer crafts, and more. Older campers will be treated to a classic summer camp experience. They’ll be outdoors exploring and developing hands-on skills while they collaborate on shelter-building and scavenger hunts, as well as spending some quality, unplugged time inside enjoying a range of fun activities including soap-making, baking and a variety of crafts.

Early Childhood - June 13 - August 19 - with week of July 4th off.
Grades 1-5 - June 20 - August 19 - with week of July 4th off. (Rising Grade 1 students may register for the June 13-16 Early Childhood camp.)
Camp Week Options
Three Mornings: M-W, 9 am-12:15 pm, $115
Three Full Days: M-W, 9 am-3 pm, $195
Five Mornings: M-F, 9 am-12:15 pm, $190
Five Full Days: M-F, 9 am-3 pm, $325
Drop Off & Pick up
Drop off for all camps is 9 am. Pick up for our morning program campers will be 12:15 pm. Pick up for full day campers is 3 pm. For both pick up times, campers can be picked up at their camp’s appointed station. More information will come after registration.
Please Send Your Child With
• a snack, lunch (if full day) and water bottle, please do not send nuts or nut butters
• a sun hat and sun lotion if you would like it applied during the day
• a bathing suit and a towel
• a set of extra clothes
• campers will get dirty, send them in clothes that you are not concerned about
• labels on everything with your child’s name as we will not have a lost & found this year
Payment & Cancellation Policy
The following policies help us properly allocate staff resources.
DEPOSIT: A nonrefundable deposit of $100 per child is due upon registration and is applied to the total camp fee.
PAYMENT BY FACTS (RSSAA families only): Parents who selected to have their balance paid through FACTS will see charges added in May with due dates of the Thursday before each session begins.
PAYMENT BY CASH OR CHECK: Parents who selected to pay their balance by cash or check will be contacted by the Camp Director.
CANCELLATION: The school may cancel camp due to inclement weather, power loss, or facility problems. You will be notified by email or phone. Programs canceled by RSSAA will be fully refunded.
REFUNDS: All deposits are non-refundable, except in the case of a medical reason or program cancellation. Program fees less deposit(s) will be refunded if cancellations are made at least 21 days before the start of the camp session.
Less than 21 days before the start of the camp session, refunds will not be given for camper illness, family emergency, homesickness, voluntary withdrawal, or not showing up for a session. A written medical reason verifying illness or injury will be considered for a refund.
