Homeschool Collaboration

At the Steiner School of Ann Arbor, we understand the dedication it takes to homeschool your child—and we’re here to support you. Our Homeschool Collaboration offers high school-aged homeschool students the opportunity to join select classes, taught in immersive 3–6 week seminars. These courses deepen learning in subjects such as Science, History, Literature, and Art—while fostering creativity, independence, and community.
This is more than just a class—it’s a chance to enrich your child’s education in a supportive, engaging environment.

$15 per classroom hour for most subjects
$20 per classroom hour for art (includes all materials)

What to Expect
Complimentary Trial Class: Get a feel for our classrooms before committing
Full Participation: Students commit to the full course—typically 3 to 4 weeks of weekday classes. Art classes meet twice a week.
Structured and Supportive Environment: We expect all students to contribute to a welcoming and respectful school community, and follow school rules as outlined in our Family Handbook, including no use of personal electronics in the classroom.
Minimal Supplies Needed: We provide most materials; students should bring their own notebook, writing utensils, and colored pencils
