Bio
Caroline began her Waldorf teaching journey as a class teacher at the Detroit Waldorf School from 2006 to 2009 before joining Rudolf Steiner School of Ann Arbor in 2009, where she has served as a class teacher ever since. She holds a B.F.A. in Fine Arts with a major in German and completed her Waldorf teacher certification in 2011. She has also pursued additional training in Orton-Gillingham and Tattum’s F.A.S.T. literacy methods.

Guided by a love for children and a deep appreciation for the way Waldorf education honors all stages of development, Caroline finds purpose in teaching the whole child—head, heart, and hands. She describes Waldorf as a "soul education" and values how each day offers meaningful work rooted in truth. Outside the classroom, she enjoys camping, time at the lake, baking, fiber arts, and painting simply for the joy of it.
