Bio
Noah grew up in Ann Arbor and graduated from Rudolf Steiner High School in 2013, having attended RSSAA since Kindergarten. He earned his degree from St. John’s College, Annapolis, through its Great Books program, which corresponds to a double major in Philosophy and the History of Mathematics and Science, and a double minor in Comparative Literature and Classical Studies. He is currently pursuing an M.A. in English at Middlebury College’s Bread Loaf School of English during the summers.
Since joining the RSHS faculty in 2018, Noah served as faculty chair from fall 2022 to spring 2024. He regularly teaches main lessons including Dante’s Divine Comedy, Shakespeare, Poetry, and both Ancient and Medieval History, as well as electives in Philosophy and other topics. He co-directs the Senior Play, helps lead the senior trip to Italy, and advises Model UN and the Drama Club. Noah appreciates the curriculum’s depth and the way intellectual growth is integrated with the development of the whole person, and he especially enjoys sparking engaging discussions and play rehearsals.
