Bio 
Elisabeth Sötebeer was born in The Netherlands, where she worked as a Radiological Technologist before moving to California, where she became an MRI Technologist and manager. While in California, she also studied Interior and Environmental Design at UCLA and became a certified Yoga and Meditation Instructor. Her interest in Waldorf Education deepened after her son was born, as its holistic and natural approach reminded her of the education system she grew up with.

Before joining RSSAA in 2019, Elisabeth taught at a Dutch Language School for ten years and worked in Early Childhood and First Grade at a Charter Waldorf School. At RSSAA, she supports the Lower School through Educational Support and beeswax modeling classes. She has attended many Waldorf summer trainings and workshops. Elisabeth finds purpose in helping shape the lives of young children. Her hobbies include teaching yoga, walking, reading, and traveling.
