Bio
Ina has been a staff member at Rudolf Steiner School of Ann Arbor since 2015, after being an involved parent from 2001 to 2017. She currently serves as a Lower School Support Teacher, working in educational support and as a class assistant, and teaches Grade 2 Crafts. She also formerly served as the Lower School Athletic Director. Her academic background includes degrees in Geology, German, and Historic Preservation, along with additional graduate-level work in Geology.

Ina is passionate about creating engaging, hands-on presentations that spark curiosity and foster “a-ha” moments for students. She was drawn to Waldorf education through her own children’s experiences at RSSAA, especially the multi-sensory approach to learning. Her interests include history—especially architectural and agricultural history—along with exploring, crafting, cooking, and gardening.
