Bio 
Blair Picone brings over two decades of experience in the production, touring, and live event industry, along with a background in promotions, advertising, and marketing. Her journey into education began through co-teaching and pedagogical support roles, and she most recently served as an administrator at a Waldorf school. She has also acted as an AWSNA liaison and looks forward to bringing her skills and passion for Waldorf education to Rudolf Steiner School of Ann Arbor, where she will join the team in August 2025.

Blair believes that teaching is a reciprocal act and part of our shared human experience. She feels deeply called to Waldorf education, which she describes as having chosen her and her family. Guided by the holistic threefold approach of Waldorf pedagogy, Blair finds purpose in helping bring this education to those who seek it. Outside of school, she enjoys live music, traveling, and spending time with close friends and family.
