Bio
Mariah Ogger joined the Rudolf Steiner School of Ann Arbor faculty in 2023 after being part of the school community as a parent since 2019. She brings a varied professional background to her role as Middle School Collaborative Teacher, including her favorite past job—working as an assistant at a funeral home. Mariah has completed numerous Waldorf-related trainings, particularly in handwork and middle school curriculum, and is deeply committed to supporting the developmental journey of her students.
Mariah finds purpose in building strong, supportive relationships with students and witnessing their transformation from curious early graders into confident, capable young adolescents. She values the opportunity to be a consistent and caring presence during these pivotal years. Outside of school, she enjoys reading, hiking, paddleboarding, and trips to the movie theater.
