Bio 
Siera Brown is the rising fifth grade class teacher at Rudolf Steiner School of Ann Arbor. She joined the faculty in 2021 during a sabbatical coverage and has since grown into a full-time teaching role. Siera holds a degree in elementary education, is trained in Brainspring literacy instruction, and is currently pursuing her Waldorf teacher certification.

Having experienced Waldorf education firsthand as a student, Siera brings a deep appreciation for its holistic, artistic, and hands-on approach to learning. She is passionate about nurturing the whole child and creating an environment where students can thrive academically, emotionally, and socially. Outside the classroom, Siera enjoys snowboarding, mountain biking, hiking, and spending time with her family.
