Jane Ford

Bio 
Jane Ford joined the Rudolf Steiner School of Ann Arbor in August 2023 as Development Director, bringing over 15 years of experience in nonprofit fundraising, donor relations, event planning, and strategic marketing. Her career has spanned both for-profit and nonprofit sectors, including healthcare, hospitality, and education. Jane is passionate about building meaningful relationships and creating lasting impact through mission-driven work.

She finds deep purpose in fostering connection, collaboration, and growth within the RSSAA community. Outside of school, Jane is committed to wellness and vital living—you’ll often find her teaching or practicing Original Hot Yoga, lifting weights, journaling, meditating, meal prepping with whole foods, or walking nature trails. She cherishes time with family and friends and enjoys traveling when time allows.
