Bio 
Finn Beaver is a Lower School class assistant who joined Rudolf Steiner School of Ann Arbor in January 2022. They began their work at the school as an afternoon assistant in the Early Childhood classrooms and as a member of the High School After-School Academic Support team. Finn brings a thoughtful and student-centered approach to their role, drawing on training in restorative practices and communication to help foster a supportive learning environment.

Finn finds deep meaning in the relationships they build with students, meeting each child with patience, curiosity, and compassion. Outside of school, Finn is often engaged in creative pursuits like drawing and crocheting, and continues to explore new artistic outlets in their free time.
