Bio
Pascale Bielek is a collaborative assisting teacher in the Bluebird Early Childhood classroom. She joined the Rudolf Steiner School of Ann Arbor in the spring of 2021, during the height of the COVID pandemic. Originally from France, Pascale studied literature, languages, and education before moving to Ann Arbor, where she began her teaching journey by teaching French at the University of Michigan’s Department of Romance Languages. She later spent many years teaching in Montessori multi-age classrooms, gaining deep experience in child-centered education.

With over 30 years of teaching experience, Pascale is motivated by a deep desire to help children become their best selves and prepare for the future with confidence and curiosity. She appreciates the warm, nurturing environment of Waldorf education and the opportunity it provides to guide young children holistically. Outside the classroom, Pascale enjoys mountain hiking, rock climbing, skiing, traveling, and reading.
