Junko has a BA in Elementary school education from the University of Hiroshima in Japan and has graduated from the Waldorf Institute of Southern Michigan with a Waldorf early childhood education certificate. She has assisted in the kindergarten, lead the parent child class, and co-lead the forest parent child class at RSSAA. She has also taught First Grade and been a substitute teacher at the Japanese school of Detroit. All of her three children are in the lower school and she is very thankful for how this education is nurturing her children, and wants to do the same for her students. She loves to learn about another cultures, eat good food, visit new places - especially waterfalls near and far to get inspiration, and tent camp with her family and friends.
