Application Process & Forms

Application Timeline for the 2018-19 School Year

Students who complete all parts of the admissions process by January 30, 2018 will receive an admissions decision by March 1, 2018. Contracts must be returned by March 21, 2018.

Students who complete all parts for the admissions process after the January 30 deadline will have their file reviewed by the Admissions Committee on a rolling basis. The enrollment deadline will be determined at the time of the decision.

Early Childhood
  1. Attend a Tour or Open House (optional)

  2. Apply
    Download and complete the Early Childhood Application Form (found to the right of page) and return it to school either by scanning it and emailing it, or through the mail.
  3. Visit
    Visit the EC with your child. This is a short visit during the morning, typically during playtime. It may be omitted if the Admissions staff met your child earlier in the process. The Admissions Director will communicate whether this visit is needed or not.
  4. Contract
    If admitted, you will be issued a contract; once you have signed and returned the Enrollment Contract, the student is officially enrolled
Grade School and Middle School
  1. Attend a Tour or Open House (optional)

  2. Apply
    Download and complete the Grades 1-8 Application form (found to the right of the page) and return it by mail or email.
    Submit school records (to be sent directly from the student’s current school).
    Teacher/Counselor Recommendation Form (Grades 5-8 only).
  3. Interview
    Upon receipt of all application materials, an interview will be scheduled with the student (age dependent), parents, and Lower School Coordinator.
  4. Student visit (Grades 2-8)
    After the interview, the student typically visits the classroom for three consecutive days. This enables the child to experience the classroom and teacher.
  5. Decision
    The admissions committee will meet and make a decision about enrollment.
  6. Contract
    If admitted, you will be issued a contract; once you have signed and returned the Enrollment Contract, the student is officially enrolled.
High School
  1. Attend a Tour or Open House or Schedule a Student Visit Day (optional)

  2. Application
    Complete the High School Application form (found to the right of the page), and return it by mail or email.
    Submit school records – Current and last year’s report cards/evaluations
    Teacher/Counselor Recommendation Form – two recommendations, returned directly from the teachers
  3. 2-day Visit
    Students typically visit for 2 consecutive days.
  4. Interview
    Upon receipt of all application materials, an interview will be scheduled with the student, parents, and High School Coordinator. This may be combined with the 2-day visit.
  5. Decision
    The admissions committee will meet and make a decision about enrollment.
  6. Contract
    If admitted, you will be issued a contract; once you have signed and returned the Enrollment Contract, the student is officially enrolled.
 

A nonrefundable $60 application fee is required for each application submitted.  You may send a check with your application or pay via credit card or PayPal account by selecting the program you are applying for and clicking the link below.
