Affordability

Rudolf Steiner School of Ann Arbor views each child’s education as an investment in the future. Our goal is to make our school accessible to as many children as possible and to create a school community that is diverse, inclusive, and educationally enriching. The value of your child’s education extends far beyond the classroom, shaping your child and your family over a lifetime.

We offer a two-tiered tuition program.  Many families may qualify for a flexible tuition adjustment which will place tuition within a range based on financial resources.  A limited number of need-based tuition grants are also available for qualifying families.

Flexible Tuition

Our flexible tuition is available for 5-Full-Day Early Childhood programs and Grades 1-12 and allows the school to scale a family’s tuition to be in equitable proportion to their financial resources, while also balancing the operating needs of the school. The first step to request a tuition adjustment is to submit a confidential application through the FACTS Grant & Aid systemAwards of tuition assistance are based on need and are revised on an annual basis.  We accept applications from those who have successfully completed the admissions process and have submitted a signed enrollment contract.  The enrollment contract is then contingent on any tuition assistance award.

Tuition Grants

RSSAA is committed to enabling and supporting economic diversity in our student body.  We offer multiple need-based tuition grants covering up to 90% of tuition.  These grants are commitments that will continue through the years assuming the family need continues and the student remains in good standing.  Please reach out to us to start a conversation.  Application for these grants requires an Admissions application and the completion of a confidential application through the FACTS Grant & Aid system.
