Student Life

Students at Rudolf Steiner School of Ann Arbor come from a diverse mix of the surrounding Metro Detroit area. As participants in an intimate educational community, Steiner students have a caring outlook on life. From kindergarten through 8th grade, students and teacher move along through the the grades together, creating a trust and comfort that defines the Steiner educational experience.

School life is the same as other private and public schools wherein students participate in team sports, school dances and many after school clubs. The Steiner academic environment is enriched with many class field trips and out of classroom educational experiences.

In high school students experience the enriched atmosphere of a dedicated faculty that cares for each and every student. The students are prepped for college and life in a rigorous and well rounded curriculum. Steiner students excel in college and over 80% attend college after graduation. Alumni includes Harvard, Yale, MIT, and many other outstanding universities.
