Early Grades & High School Robotics Summer Camps

Weeks of June 18, June 26, August 13

Week of June 18 – CAD, 3D printing – This camp will focus on learning how to use Computer Aided Design (CAD) software resulting in 3D printing one of the projects. The target grade levels are 7 through 11 and the program will be three days for three hours per day.  Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday 10 am to 1 pm are planned but, since there will be a small number of students, the time and days are flexible. The number of students is limited due to the number of laptops available. Cost will be approximately $70. The fee for the week, which includes project materials, will be set when the project costs are calculated.

Week of June 26 – Build static project and robotic/electrical project – This camp will focus on building techniques with wood, metal, screws and hinges, progressing to a simple robot. The target grade levels are 2 through 6 and will held five days a week from 9:30 until 2:30. Before and Aftercare can be arranged. Cost will be approximately $240. The fee for the week, which includes project materials, will be set when the project costs are calculated.

Week of August 13 (start date is flexible) – Same program as June 26.
